The THINKn app is a stand alone app built to complement the THINKn desktop application that will optimize your ability to manage your mood (feelings) and stress levels. It is based on cognitive behavior therapy and mindfulness strategies. Based on the mood you input, you will get strategies to help you manage and cope better. You will be able to track your mood as well as the strategies that work best for you. You will learn to that thoughts are connected to your feelings and behaviors and by changing your thoughts you will feel better!
The app also integrates with Apple Health Kit to track sleep patterns and steps counter to learn more about you.
